What can we say! We know it as it was yesterday when we had the debut 12inch (Hangman) of Glasgows legendary Two Tone Committee in our hands! A total raging and furious insane 2 track 12inch from 1991, one of the first scotish Hip Hop releases next to Krack Free Media, Dope Inc. and others. it took another 6 years to get a new Tones of Twice release with the brilliant “submission” Ep in 1997.

there was another split 12inch and the brilliant 141 Glasgow allstars 12inch, but nothing more. Later a dubious cdr made its rounds “the vertical form” and it needed only 20 years to wait to get this masterpiece on wax.

Two Tone Committee was DJ Krashslaughta, Mista Defy and Mistah Bohze, legendary Glasgow crew. Bohze and Krashslaughta still active and releasing (check out the “astrometricks” 12inch EP by Mistah Bohze we released earlier this year, absolute worth to give it a listen).
